This is for a 3 year deer hunting contact starting in Nov 2023, we have this great tree house with heat , bed cot, tv, propane stove, front porch with railing 50 acres of of woods and 1000s of acres of Bordering Daniel boone forest to hunt in walking distance. please read carefully. no drinking or smoking allowed and contract is for two hunters for the years of 2023, 2024 and 2025. The tree house is and land is in the pictures. We have very strict rules that must be followed but this is a once and a life time chance to hunt in peace as our land is bordered by private property so you will not run into other hunters. You will be allowed to set up Turkey stands . Once the bid is over I will mail your contact to you signed and dated. This is a Air B and B or will be but we are leasing out the turkey and deer hunting weeks for an exclusive chance to hunt on some of the best land in our area. Tons of turkeys  were taken within a mile range of our land. Use of 4x4 atv with winch included, we can modify up to 4 hunters and adjust another listing there are also places for tents and blinds to be set up.
So in detail this bid is for one weekend in spring one weekend in winter for 4 days per year for 3 years or 12 total days of hunting over a 3 year period.  Cost is 1600.00 this bid is for the weekend of April 16th and 17th each year, and fall dates of Oct 21st and 22nd each year. I can adjust dates if other dates are not already taken.
