Vintage McCulloch 440 Chainsaw Powerhead 87cc chain saw go cart motor very nice!

An excellent McCulloch 440 power head only in clean, nice condition from a local senior’s collection. As the pictures will show, this saw is in very good, upgraded and refurbished condition. I do not have much history so I don’t know the extent to which the refinishing process included the engine. It does pull over and recoil very good and smooth for one of these. You can crank it over standing and holding it with ease. Compression seems great. Also has very good visible spark I did not start it and I do not know if it runs. There is some oily sawdust around over the fresh paint and around the clutch so it was likely used not terribly long ago. Carburetor looks nice and clean/ perhaps upgraded from original?? New fuel line and fuel filter. It was repainted at some point and looks pretty sharp. Nice caps, nice wrap handle, good throttle trigger, handles, grips, nice starter unit, very clean muffler etc. This will make a great addition to any vintage collection or certainly a nice go cart motor.
