    Description

This is a real photo postcard marked - "9 - x2 Brinton's Bridge, near Chads Ford, PA"  also spelled Chadds Ford.  The roof was blown off during Hurricane Diane in August, 1955.  The photo was taken by Chester H. Thomas of Kennett Square. There are detailed notes on the back written by Hi Doty, who was a serious collection of local cards and did much research on them.
